GREAT FALLS — The Helena High boys swim team, paced by double winners Robert Wagner and Parker Keller, captured the Great Falls swim quadangular on Friday with a score of 409 points.

In the girls meet, which was garnered by CM Russell at 443 points, Helena's girls finished third with 304.

Wagner won the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly races, while Keller garnered the 100 breaststroke and 200 individual medley, during the four-team meet.

Also winning for the Bengals boys was Jacob Malaski in the 500 freestyle, and Christion Goetsch in the 200 free. Malaski and Goetsch both took third, as well, in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke, respectively.

Franny Redpath paced the Bengals girls with victories in the 100 fly and 50 free. Helena's other victor was Emma Krattiger in the 100 free. She also finished runner-up in the 500 free.

Capital's lone winner was Kate Sheafor, in the 500 free.

Helena's other top-three placers were Quade Oser, second in the 100 breast and third in the 200 IM; Shawn Moore, third in the 500 free; and Emma Dole, third in the 200 free.

Rounding out Capital's top-3 finishers were Cassie Williams, second in the 50 free; and third-placer Veronica Hanson in the 100 breast.

In the relays, Helena's boys won the 200 free and 200 medley, and took second in the 400 free. In the girls 200 medley relay, Helena and Capital placed second and third.
