The Carroll College men's basketball team jumped four spots to No. 4 in the NAIA Division I Top 25 Coaches Poll released by the association Tuesday.

The Saints were 4-0 in the two weeks since the last poll and closed the regular season Saturday by beating Lewis-Clark State 63-60 to earn the outright regular-season title.

The Saints closed the regular season with a 25-5 record and a 15-3 mark in the Frontier Conference.

Montana Western jumped from No. 13 to No. 10 in the NAIA poll. The Bulldogs also went 4-0 over since the last poll was released.

Lewis-Clark State received votes and is just two spots out of the Top 25.

Carroll will take the court in the Frontier Conference Championship semifinals at 7 p.m. Saturday at the PE Center. The Saints will face the lowest remaining seed to survive the quarterfinals, which take place Wednesday.
