I am afraid to go to school every day.

I am afraid of losing my friends and my teachers to a lunatic with a gun.

I am angry that families have had to go through this for so long without change.

I am crying because I can't even begin to imagine their pain.

I am angry because our legislation is completely and utterly ignoring the majority of this nation's pleas for comprehensive gun control.

I sleep badly because I imaging my parents hearing I was killed at school where I should be safe.

I am saddened that my friends and I have to worry about this and be afraid -- because we should just be kids.

Please, do something. No one is asking to ban all guns. Just make some compromise.

Protect kids, not guns.
