What is happening in Montana? You used to be a serene, yet beautifully wild, vacation destination. Then you elect Greg Gianforte to Congress even though he choked and beat a reporter, and now you are embroiled in the Whitefish-Puerto Rico power grid rebuild scandal.

Secretary of Interior Ryan Zinke swears he played no part in the no-bid contract award, even though the owners and financiers of Whitefish Energy are Zinke’s friends and his own son worked for Whitefish Energy contractors.

Is Montana a reflection of its politicians or are the politicians reflecting Montana values? Either way, the image of Montana has diminished greatly.
