If you know Troy Downing like I do, you would know that he has helped hundreds of wounded warriors on and off the battlefield. After serving honorably two tours in Afghanistan in an Air Force Search and Rescue squadron, Troy returned home and immediately began working with a charity that helps our wounded warriors heal here in Montana through fly fishing. Troy gives tens of thousands of dollars to this and other charities and would never intentionally try to game the system. The overly bureaucratic system is the problem. Maybe the government should focus on not misspending the resources we the taxpayers give them (see our current budget crisis as an example) instead of attacking a combat veteran that is an upstanding Montanan.
