BUTTE — A Butte man miffed about a lap dance cut short called police and ended up in cuffs.

Police say the 53-year-old man reported he did not get the sex act he requested as part of his $350 private dance at Sagebrush Sam’s Exotic Dance Club near the Rocker truck stop, west of Butte. Officers informed him asking an exotic dancer for a sexual gratification is illegal and put him in jail for solicitation of prostitution.

William McDaniel called police at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday reporting that his lap dance did not have the ending he requested. The private dance in the backroom was supposed to include multiple songs, but when McDaniel became “sexually aggressive” toward the woman, the dancing stopped.

“He felt he was ripped off by the bar,” Butte-Silver Bow Undersheriff George Skuletich said. “He assumed he paid the $350 for sexual acts that didn’t occur.”

McDaniel demanded a refund. But, he was out the $350 in addition to another $550 for bond.

Well I guess the strip club just killed its illegal business, no self respecting guy will now pony up the cash for sex there anymore. Too funny!

That's funny. Like a drug dealer calling police because someone stole his drugs!!

If your comment was not approved, perhaps:

    1. You called someone an idiot, a racist, a dope, a moron, etc. Please, no name-calling or profanity (or veiled profanity -- #$%^&*).

    2. You rambled, failed to stay on topic or exhibited troll-like behavior intended to hijack the discussion at hand.

    3. YOU SHOUTED YOUR COMMENT IN ALL CAPS. This is hard to read and annoys readers.

    8. Your comment is in really poor taste.
