A hole in the ground

In this mage taken from a drone last week, a massive hole is cut into the ground at the site of a future slag processing plant on Mill Creek Highway near Anaconda. FX Solutions Inc., general contractor for the project, has been taking material from the hole to use as fill for the facility. The facility is on a Superfund site that has been topped with an earthen cap. Rick Tabish, the owner of FX, says the soil beneath the cap will not be disturbed during the site preparation work.
