The Helena Music Teachers Association recently held a pancake breakfast for the purpose of raising funds for music student scholarships for summer camps. St. John’s Lutheran Church was filled with the sound of live music being played during a scrumptious, yummy-in-your-tummy pancake breakfast and toe-tingling syrup toppings.
Many local students attend a variety of summer music camps locally and throughout Montana. These scholarships can help send a student that may not have had the means to go. These music camp experiences can have a significant impact on a student’s life.
Our sincere and grateful thanks to the Helena community for their support of this effort. With your help we raised over $2,000 for our students. We would like to take this time to thank the following businesses for their support: Heritage Food Store, Van’s Thriftway, Costco, Safeway, Albertson’s, Wheat Montana, Perkins, Helena Symphony, Cherry Creek Radio, Clark’s Music, Murdoch’s, Power Townsend, Piccolo’s Music, Music Makers’ Conservatory and Black Sandy Segmented Bowls by R. Dahlke! The support was generous and we are truly thankful.

May we all play on!
