The Helena Citizens’ Council will hold a community discussion on Helena’s recently adopted Climate Change Report on Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at UM Helena College of Technology.

The keynote speaker will be Stan Bradshaw, chairman of Helena’s Climate Change Task Force.
