A 23-year-old Helena man who was stopped for a broken taillight is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a felony.

Eric Jonathon Boettger was stopped for the taillight early Monday when police say they learned he had a suspended drivers license and a warrant for his arrest. Upon arrest, police allege they found a small baggie containing methamphetamine and a glass pipe.

Boettger is charged with felony meth possession and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
