A 36-year-old Texas man is accused of trespassing in a grocery store, obstructing a police officer and possessing hash oil.

John Warner is being charged with possession of dangerous drugs, obstructing a peace officer, and criminal trespass.

Officers responded to a call about a man trespassing on Feb. 16. Warner allegedly gave officers a false name when they encountered him and attempted to pull away from officers while being handcuffed.

At the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center, detention officers found a small baggie containing a substance that turned out to be hash oil, according to court documents.
