The officer made contact with the female driver and observed indications of impairment. The 40-year-old Helena woman was tested for DUI and ultimately arrested. She was booked into the LCSO jail.

The officer arrived and located the female in her vehicle. The 47-year-old Helena woman was tested for DUI and arrested. She was booked into the LCSO jail.

  • At 2:59 p.m., an officer responded to the 3400 block of Ptarmigan Lane to assist paramedics with a possible medical issue. While there, officers identified a 32-year-old Helena man who was in violation of a court ordered no-contact order. The man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.
  • At 4:46 p.m., an officer responded to the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue for a report of a cold theft. The case is active.
  • At 5:04 p.m., an officer responded to the 1700 block of Hudson Street for a parking complaint. While there, officers identified a 35-year-old Helena man that had a valid warrant for his arrest. The man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.
