A 36-year-old Helena man is accused of possessing methamphetamine while committing a host of traffic misdemeanors.
Justin Gerald Miller is charged with possession of dangerous drugs, driving without an interlock device, driving with a suspended or revoked license and a seat belt violation.
Court documents say deputies found methamphetamine in Miller's vehicle during a traffic stop. Miller said it was not his, but could have belonged to his father, according to court documents.
Miller has an order from Washington state to use an interlock device while operating a motor vehicle, which he failed to do, according to court documents.
