A 29-year-old Helena man is accused of having methamphetamine and selling a stolen gun.

Daniel Rasmussen is being charged with possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia and a single count of misdemeanor theft.

Court documents say Rasmussen was arrested on a City of Helena warrant Thursday for pawning a firearm that he knew was stolen, and deputies executed a search warrant on his vehicle the next day.

In the vehicle, deputies found a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine along with two pipes, according to court documents.
