An arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect in a recent vandalism spree in downtown Helena, the Helena Police Department announced.
Spenser Love, 25, is the subject of the warrant. Love is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 156 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Earlier this month police began investigating a series of vandalism to 25 downtown Helena locations, including the 1800s trolley car on the Downtown Walking Mall.
Several fences and garage doors, the mural at Performance Square and many other buildings in the area were also among the locations "tagged" with a similar design during the last several days. All of the recent vandalism was found within about a mile of the Downtown Walking Mall.
Helena's Assistant Police Chief Steve Hagen said at the time it will cost more than $1,500 to clean up the graffiti, which makes the vandalism a felony.
Helena Police are asking anyone with information regarding Love to call 447-8461 or a local police department.
