A 31-year-old man was arrested early Monday morning after allegedly wrecking his car while drunk.

Brandon Delor Dumond was arrested on suspicion of felony charges of DUI and aggravated DUI as well as misdemeanor counts of a stop sign violation, driving while revoked, no proof of insurance, failure to stop and identify after striking an unattended vehicle, and failure to give notice of an accident.

Arresting officers say they responded to the report of a hit-and-run Monday involving a Jeep and parked vehicle. The driver of the Jeep, believed to be Dumond, reportedly left the area and was located about a block away, court documents say.

The arresting officer alleges that Dumond smelled of alcohol and showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests, according to court documents.
