  • At 12:01 a.m. an officer responded to the 100 block of Euclid for a report of a theft and trespass and cited a 43-year-old man. 
  • At 7:05 a.m. police responded to the 3300 block of Highway 12 for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle is a blue 2017 Honda Accord. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 10:07 a.m. police took a report of an assault in the area of Washington and Cedar streets.
  • At 1:06 p.m. police responded to the 3100 block of Montana for a report of a theft and criminal mischief.
  • At 1:16 p.m. police took a report of fraud on the 20 block of Last Chance Gulch.
  • At 3:23 p.m. an officer responded to the 400 block of Euclid for a report of a male throwing items at vehicles. A 35-year-old man was arrested on two warrants.
  • At 3:55 p.m. an police responded to the 1800 block of Billings for a report of a theft of mail.  
  • At 7:47 p.m. an officer took a report of a theft on the 1300 block of Cherry. 

As of Wednesday morning, the county jail held 84 inmates (75 for felonies and 9 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 121 inmates at various detention facilities. In addition, 40 are PBT (Personal Breath Test) and 33 are SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet). 92 clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. We also have 8 testing out of county, 2 are pre-trial, 1 is GPS (Global Positioning System bracelet), and 8 are on house arrest.
