  • At 1:10 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Cooke and Birch. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 21-year-old male was placed under arrest for first offense DUI and speeding.

  • At 8:28 a.m. an officer met with a complainant concerning the theft of a wallet. The case is active.

  • At 8:29 a.m. an officer responded to the 2000 block of Livingston for a report of a trespass to and a theft from a motor vehicle.  The case is active.

  • At 10:37 a.m. an officer responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a theft that occurred the day prior. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 11:40 a.m. an officer responded to the 800 block of Camelot for a report of theft of identity. The case is active.
  • At 12:18 p.m. an officer responded to the 900 block of Tara for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The case is active.
  • At 2:47 p.m. an officer responded to the 1200 block of Elm for a report of criminal mischief. The case is active.
  • At 2:54 p.m. an officer responded to the 10 block of Broadway for a report of a theft that had occurred earlier. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 4:02p.m. an officer responded to the 500 block of Sparta for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The case is active.
  • At 4:07 p.m. an officer responded to the 1400 block of Missoula for a report of a possible assault. The officer met with all parties involved and the case is active.
  • At 4:16 p.m. an officer responded to the 800 block of Camelot for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The case is active.
  • At 5:07 p.m. an officer responded to the 20 block of Neill for a report of a theft. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 8:13 p.m. an officer responded to the 700 block of Cedar for a report of trespass to property. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 58-year-old male was cited for trespass to property.

As of Wednesday morning, the county jail held 80 inmates (75 for felonies and five for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 110 inmates at various detention facilities. In addition, 32 are PBT (Personal Breath Test) and 29 are SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet). Eighty-eight clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. We also have seven testing out of county, one is pre-trial, seven are GPS (Global Positioning System bracelet) and 12 are on house arrest.
