  • At 3:34 a.m., an officer responded to the 600 block of Montana for a report of a burglary. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 11:37 a.m., an officer responded to the 3300 block of Dredge Drive for a report of a theft and criminal mischief. The case is active.
  • At 12:36 p.m., an officer responded to the 800 block of 8th Avenue for a report of a theft that occurred sometime in the last few months. The case is active.
  • At 1:09 p.m., an officer responded to the 1800 block of Garrison for a report of possible physical altercation. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 35-year-old male was placed under arrest for third offense partner family member assault.
  • At 4:39 p.m., an officer responded to the 100 block of Rodney for a report of a male at that location who had a warrant for his arrest. The officer met with a 31-year-old male who was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Gallatin County.
  • At 5:11 p.m., an officer responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a theft that had occurred earlier. The case is active.
  • At 6:20 p.m., an officer responded to the area of Euclid and Mountain View for a report of a male walking in the street. The officer met with the male and at the conclusion of the investigation, a 20-year-old male was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Hill County.
  • At 10:15 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle in the area of 6th and Last Chance for a traffic violation. At the conclusion of the investigation, a juvenile was cited for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and released to a guardian.

As of Wednesday morning, the county jail held 91 inmates (81 for felonies and 10 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 101 inmates at various detention facilities. In addition, 35 are PBT (Personal Breath Test) and 26 are SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet). Eighty-eight clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. We also have six testing out of county, one is pre-trial, seven are GPS (Global Positioning System bracelet) and 13 are on house arrest.
