  • At 5:56 a.m., an officer responded to the 2000 block of 9th for a report of a missing juvenile. The juvenile was later located and returned home.
  • At 7:39 a.m., an officer responded to the 1200 block of Euclid for a report of criminal mischief and trespass to property. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 9:04 a.m. an officer responded to the 1200 block of Euclid for a report of a theft. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 10:06 a.m. an officer met with a complainant concerning a report of a family disturbance. The case is active.
  • At 10:20 a.m., an officer responded to the 1800 block of 11th for a report of threats. The case is active.
  • At 11:18 a.m. an officer responded to the Law Enforcement Center for a report of a male at that location who had a confirmed warrant for his arrest.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 31-year-old man was placed under arrest for a Municipal Court warrant.
  • At 1:37 p.m., an officer made contact with a male at the Law Enforcement Center who had a confirmed warrant for his arrest.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 56-year-old man was placed under arrest for three warrants out of Municipal Court.
  • At 6:10 p.m., an officer responded to the 1800 block of Cedar for a report of a physical altercation. The suspect left prior to the officer's arrival. The case is active.
  • At 11:45 p.m., an officer responded to the 1300 block of Butte for a report of an assault. The suspect left prior to the officer's arrival. The case is active.

As of Thursday morning, the county jail held 81 inmates (70 for felonies and 11 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 111 inmates at various detention facilities. In addition, 33 are PBT (Personal Breath Test) and 30 are SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet). 89 clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. We also have 6 testing out of county, 1 is pre-trial, 7 are GPS (Global Positioning System bracelet), and 12 are on house arrest.
