  • At 1:49 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle in the area of Neill and Fuller avenues for a traffic violation. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 34-year-old male was placed under arrest for DUI, first offense.
  • At 8:59 a.m., an officer spoke with a complainant concerning the theft of license plates. The case is active.
  • At 9:05 a.m., an officer responded to the 300 block of Euclid Avenue for a report of forged checks. The case is active.
  • At 11:27 a.m., an officer responded to the 2900 block of Prospect Avenue for a report of a trespass to and a theft from a motor vehicle. The case is active.
  • At 12:35 p.m., an officer responded to the 100 block of Warren Street for a report of a theft of mail. The case is active.
  • At 12:53 p.m., an officer spoke with a complainant concerning an assault that had occurred approximately three weeks prior. The officer is attempting to speak with the individuals involved. The case is active.
  • At 1:50 p.m., an officer responded to the 900 block of Cooke Street for a report of a possible violation of a no contact order. The case is active.
  • At 2:14 p.m., an officer responded to the 1700 block of Phoenix Road for a report of a burglary. The case is active.
  • At 6:20 p.m., an officer responded to the 1700 block of Wilder Avenue for a report of a disturbance. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 36-year-old female was placed under arrest for a probation violation.
  • At 7:14 p.m., an officer responded to the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue for a report of a theft. The suspect left prior to officer's arrival. The case is active.
  • At 10:35 p.m., an officer spoke with a complainant concerning a possible order of protection violation. The case is active.
  • At 11:28 p.m., an officer responded to the 3100 block of Sanders Street for a report of a theft that had occurred earlier. The case is active.

As of Thursday morning, the county jail held 96 inmates (83 for felonies, 13 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 106 inmates at various detention facilities. In addition, 38 are PBT (Personal Breath Test) and 26 are SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet). Eighty-eight clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. We also have six testing out of county, one is pre-trial, seven are GPS (Global Positioning System bracelet), and 10 are on house arrest.
