Oct. 28

  • At 9:37 a.m. officers responded to a two-vehicle crash near Idaho and Prospect. Officers learned the crash was the result of a family disturbance that is still under investigation.
  • At 11:21 a.m. an officer responded to a reported theft that occurred in the 500 block of Logan. At the conclusion of the investigation a 31-year-old female from Helena was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.
  • At 11:36 a.m. an officer investigated criminal mischief to a business that occurred in the 10 block of south Last Chance Gulch.
  • At 12:44 p.m. an officer investigated a theft in the 1700 block of Cedar.
  • At 2:12 p.m. an officer took a report of a shoplift that occurred in the 2700 block of Prospect.
  • At 2:15 p.m. an officer received a report of criminal mischief to a business that occurred in the 10 block of North Warren.
  • At 4:09 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of Logan for a reported disturbance. At the conclusion of the investigation a 39-year-old male from Helena was arrested on a no contact order violation. A 25-year-old male from Helena was also arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant.
  • At 4:39 p.m. an officer spoke with a complainant about an assault that occurred in the 2700 block of Colonial Drive.
  • At 10:51 p.m. an officer received a report of a criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 800 block of Flowerree.

Oct. 29

  • At 12:22 a.m. officers responded to the 10 block of West Broadway for a reported physical altercation.
  • At 12:45 a.m. an officer conducted a pedestrian stop in the 10 block of north Last Chance Gulch. At the conclusion of the stop a 53-year-old male from Helena was cited for disorderly conduct and released.
  • At 2:01 a.m. officers responded to a report of loud music in the 1400 block of Bishop Carroll Drive. At the conclusion of the investigation a 20-year-old male and a 20-year-old female from Helena were cited for underage possession of alcohol and released.
  • Officers responded to 53 calls for service including: eight calls involving people in various mental health crises, one motor vehicle crash, one traffic stop and one animal control call.
