Nov. 4

  • At 9:12 a.m. an officer located and arrested a 25-year-old Helena male on a warrant for partner or family member assault related to an incident that occurred last week. He was booked at the detention center.

  • At 1:03 p.m. an officer took a report of a missing 15-year-old male. He returned home several hours later.

  • At 2:22 p.m. an officer responded to a residence in the 800 block of 6th Avenue concerning a dog bite. The incident was forwarded to animal control for further investigation.

  • At 3:17 p.m. an officer investigated a theft from a business in the 3200 block of North Montana. A male left the business without paying for his meal.

  • At 4:44 p.m. an officer was called to investigate a window broken from a residence in the 100 block of North Last Chance Gulch.

Nov. 5

  • At 2:00 a.m. officers responded to the area of the 200 block of North Rodney concerning a male who was possibly assaulted. The victim left before officers arrived and could not be located.

As of Sunday morning, the county jail held 90 inmates (83 for felonies and seven for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 121 inmates at various detention facilities.
