  • At 1:22 a.m. an officer responded to the 1400 block of Missoula for a report of a burglary. The case is active.

  • At 1:28 a.m. an officer responded to the 3200 block of Highway 12 for a report of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The complainant advised that they had lent their vehicle to a friend but it had not been returned. The case is active.

  • At 1:38 a.m. an officer responded to the 600 block of Highland for a report of a trespass to property and trespass to a motor vehicle. There is suspect information and the case is active.

  • At 2:11 a.m. an officer responded to the 3100 block of Sanders for a report of a theft. The suspects left prior to officer's arrival but were later located. At the conclusion of the investigation, two juvenile females were cited for underage possession of alcohol, a juvenile male was cited for theft and underage possession of alcohol, and another juvenile male was cited for underage possession of alcohol. They were all released to a legal guardian.

  • At 3:27 a.m. an officer responded to the 2400 block of Broadway for a report of a possible assault that had occurred at another location. The officer met with all parties involved and the case is active.

  • At 1:48 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic complaint in the 3000 block of Montana. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 25-year-old male was placed under arrest for second offense driving under the influence, careless driving, driving with a suspended drivers license and a Justice Court warrant.

  • At 5:35 p.m. an officer responded to the 900 block of 11th for a report of a theft that had occurred during the past two weeks. The case is active.

  • At 9:10 p.m. an officer responded to the 700 block of Broadway for a report of a theft. The case is active.

As of Sunday morning, the county jail held 80 inmates (74 for felonies and six for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 110 inmates at various detention facilities.
