  • At 8:31 a.m., an officer responded to the 3300 block of Tricia for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.
  • At 12:24 p.m., an officer responded to the 1200 block of Prospect for a report of a male at that location that had previously been trespassed. The 44-year-old Helena area male was located, cited for trespassing, and referred to Municipal Court.
  • At 3:31 p.m., an officer responded to the 1800 block of Boulder for a report of criminal mischief to a building. The case is active.
  • At 3:46 p.m., an officer responded to the 600 block of Warren for a report of a burglary to a residence. The case is active.
  • At 5:33 p.m., an officer responded to the 1500 block of Walnut for a report of fraudulent activity.
  • At 8:40 p.m., an officer responded to the 1200 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a possible assault. The case is active.
  • At 11:19 p.m., an officer responded to the 500 block of Raleigh for a report of a family disturbance. It was determined nothing criminal occurred.
  • At 11:32 p.m., an officer responded to the 500 block of State Street for a report of criminal mischief to two different vehicles. It was reported the windows were broken out.

As of Monday morning, the county jail held 78 inmates (72 for felonies and 6 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 111 inmates at various detention facilities.
