  • At 6:23 p.m., an officer took a report of a stolen cellphone from the 1200 block of Knight Street.
  • At 10:43 a.m., an officer took a report of a stolen credit card from a citizen. The card was fraudulently used at a Helena business after it was stolen.

Nov. 2

  • At 2:56 p.m., a school resource officer cited and released a 13-year-old Helena female for disorderly conduct. The female pulled a school fire alarm.
  • At 6:15 p.m., an officer was called to the 400 block of North Last Chance Gulch concerning an assault. The officer is continuing to investigate and locate the suspect in the assault.

Nov. 3

  • At 1:17 p.m., an officer investigated a burglary to a storage unit in the 2400 block of North Roberts Street. The owner reported the unit was broken into and items taken sometime in the past month or so.
  • At 11:25 p.m., an officer took a report of a license plate being stolen from a vehicle in the 10 block of South Park Avenue.

Nov. 5

  • At 4:09 p.m., an officer responded to the 500 block of Fuller Street to check on a possibly suicidal male. The male was located, placed into protective custody and transported to the hospital for treatment.
  • At 7:42 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 700 block of Cherry concerning a fight in progress. One of the parties involved in the altercation left before officers arrived. The officer is continuing to investigate.
  • At 11:45 p.m., an officer investigated a reported burglary to a residence in the 500 block of Logan Street. The victim reported her apartment had been entered and a credit card stolen.
  • At 11:56 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a business in the 400 block of North Last Chance Gulch. After investigation, no charges were filed against those involved. While leaving the business, officers witnessed one of those involved in the disturbance, a 30-year-old Helena woman, strike a male in the face. She was cited and released for misdemeanor assault.
  • At 8:24 p.m., an officer responded to a business in the 1100 block of Euclid Avenue concerning a male trespassing on the property. The officer cited and released a 44-year-old man (no permanent address listed) for criminal trespass to property.
  • At 11:54 p.m., an officer responded to a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue and recovered drugs, which were found on the floor by a store employee.
