At 3:59 p.m. an officer was called to a business in the 3100 block of North Montana Avenue concerning a theft that occurred on Dec. 4. The officer is investigating.
At 5:25 p.m an officer was called to investigate a theft from a business in the 1400 block of Cedar Street.
At 11:23 p.m. an officer met with a Helena resident concerning a possible scam involving Amazon.
At 9:04 p.m. a resident called to report his cellphone being stolen while in a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue.
At 9:23 p.m. officers investigated a burglary to a residence in the 600 block of Logan Street. The owner reported missing several items from a porch/landing area of their residence.
At 11:06 a.m. an officer took a report of a vehicle stolen from a business in the 3300 block of Tricia Drive. The vehicle is a dark green 1997 Saab 9000 with Montana license 5-92232A.
At 5:34 p.m. an officer arrested a 33-year-old Helena woman on a warrant related to a theft case in August. She was booked at the detention center.
At 7:44 p.m. an officer responded to the 1000 block of North Last Chance Gulch concerning a possibly suicidal male. The officer placed the male into protective custody and transported him to the hospital for evaluation.
At 12:08 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for traffic violation near the intersection of Lyndale Avenue and Ewing Street. After investigation, the officer arrested the 26-year-old Helena woman for first offense Driving Under the Influence, Driving With a Suspended Driver's License, Expired Vehicle Registration and for violating the terms of her probation. She was booked at the detention center.
Around 7:30 a.m. the utility side by side vehicle reported stolen on Saturday was located by an officer near Fuller and Placer avenues. The vehicle was returned to the owner.
