A Helena man was found unresponsive behind the wheel of his vehicle early Tuesday morning with the key in the ignition and the headlights on, according to court documents.
Matthew Rusek, 36, was charged with felony aggravated DUI, his fourth offense, and driving with a suspended or revoked license, according to the court complaint.
Rusek was allegedly found behind the wheel of his vehicle unconscious and incoherent. After a sheriff's deputy woke him up, Rusek was disoriented and slurring his words, according to court documents.
Court documents state Rusek refused all testing and the deputy noticed that Rusek was having difficulty standing and his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.
The deputy found that Rusek had three prior convictions of DUI and that his license was revoked, according to the affidavit.
