A Helena man is accused of selling meth.
Matthew Phillip Hamper, 37, is being charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute.
Hamper sold methamphetamine to a drug task force confidential informant on multiple occasions, according to court documents.
He was arrested on a warrant at his home in Jefferson County. Police searched Hamper’s home, where two grams of meth, small baggies, scales, pipes and cellphones were located.
Hamper was transported to the Lewis and Clark County Jail without incident.
