A Helena man was allegedly found in possession of multiple illegal substances during a probation search.
Michael Daniel Lemay, 31, has been charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs for methamphetamines and marijuana, along with criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Thursday afternoon, a sheriff's deputy responded to the 3300 block of Wylie Drive to assist probation and parole officers who were conducting a search. The officers had found marijuana, methamphetamines, syringes, a spoon and a pipe fashioned out of a pen and syrup bottle with burned, black residue on it, according to court documents.
Lemay was then transported to the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
