A Helena man is accused of breaking into a home and attacking two people.
Christopher Todd Ballenger-Brooks, 30, is charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated assault and felony partner or family member assault.
On Thursday afternoon, officers responded to a domestic disturbance. On arrival, they found a woman who had visible bruises on her forehead and face and said that Ballenger-Brooks had hit her, according to court documents.
She said she was seeing in black and white and felt that Ballenger-Brooks would kill her, according to curt documents.
Another woman on the property spoke with the officer and said Ballenger-Brooks had hit her as well and was scared that if law enforcement arrived he would harm her further, according to court documents.
Ballenger-Brooks had previously been thrown out from the residence and told he was not welcome, according to court documents.
