A 45-year-old Missoula woman is charged with a pair of felonies after allegedly driving while intoxicated, her fifth DUI, and striking another vehicle in Lincoln.
Sara Nicole Opsahl faces the felony DUI charge and one count of criminal endangerment.
Authorities allege that Opsahl fled after deputies attempted to stop her, swerving in and out of oncoming traffic and striking a vehicle containing two adults and endangering their lives, according to court documents.
Authorities further allege that Opsahl refused to conduct field sobriety tests but did provide a preliminary breath sample, which registered 0.181. The legal limit in Montana is 0.08.
