Seattle-based, Gibson Guitars endorsed musician Camille Bloom will bring her current album tour for “Never out of Time” to the Staggering Ox. Performing as part of Acoustic Duo, the show is at 6 p.m. Oct 27.
Bloom has performed at premiere venues in Canada, the U.S., Germany, Netherlands, England, Denmark, Belgium and Ireland. She recently completed her fourth European tour. Accolades for Bloom and her album include national print magazine M–Music and Musicians who asserted that “Camille Bloom earns a place among such quirky folk queens as Suzanne Vega, Ani Difranco and the Indigo Girls. But there’s more to this Seattle area songwriter than unplugged self-reflection.”

Camille’s music has been licensed for use in 21 shows on a variety of channels including MTV, E! and Oxygen. Additionally, she has completed over 30 national /international tours. In 2010 she, won the “Best Female Indie Artist” at the Ladylake Music Awards.
In addition to touring full time with club dates and festival appearances, Bloom takes time out of her schedule to direct a rock ‘n’ roll camp for kids in Seattle — and she also makes regular stops at youth centers — performing and talking to kids about using positive outlets such as music to cope with life’s struggles.
