Noelle Davis of Dowling Sandholm Architecture recently completed the Montana Board of Architects requirements for professional licensure in the State of Montana. She has been with the firm for five years and holds a master of architecture degree from Montana State University.

Harley R. Harris has been appointed vice president and general counsel for Montana Alberta Tie Ltd., which recently announced the opening of a Helena office.
Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. is a subsidiary of Toronto-based Tonbridge Power Corporation, and is currently in the process of constructing a 300 megawatt electric transmission line between Great Falls and Lethbridge, Alberta. Harris will have responsibility for U.S. and Montana legal, regulatory, and governmental affairs, right-of-way acquisition and management, project management and strategic project development. Harris is a 1984 graduate of the University of Montana School of Law, and most recently was a partner in the Helena law firm of Luxan & Murfitt. He and Lisa Gallegos-Thompson, also formerly with Luxan & Murfitt, have opened the MATL Montana office in the Great Northern Town Center, 30 West 14th Street, Suite 204.
Robin Hall, broker realtor with ERA Lambros Real Estate was recently recertified by the National Association of Realtors as a Workforce Housing Specialist.
Recognition
Allegra Marketing Print & Web earned a Silver ADDY award in the Northwest ADDY Awards Competition for its design of collateral materials commemorating the 35th anniversary of Bert and Ernie’s Dining Saloon and Grill. The “Time Travel Placemat” depicts elements of Helena history, and the “Where were you in 1974?” coasters relate memorable news events from that year. All design, copywriting and photography of both pieces was done by Allegra Marketing.
