Jennell Humphrey

Helena Native Jennell (Day) Humphrey, opened the doors at PEAK Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab almost two years ago with a vision to offer a variety of different services and to make their physical therapy experience a positive one.

PEAK Physical Therapy & Sports rehab offers a variety of different services for your physical rehab needs, but also has a diverse staff to help their patients be more informed about how their bodies work and how to reach their fitness goals.

“The mindset the staff at Peak Physical Therapy is the best part of being here," says Humphrey.

When people show up for their appointments they aren’t always feeling their best. We strive to make people feel better and make it fun."

PEAK works to make the experience different from other clinics, but mostly to get the smile before anyone walks out of the door.

PEAK Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab wouldn’t be what it is without their amazing staff.

“The people that work here are amazing; they care about every patient and want them to feel better," Humphrey's said.

PEAK works to create a great environment; specializing in hands on therapy designed for each individual to produce long lasting results.
